Requirements
- Prior experience in home care or related field is a plus, but NOT required.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Royal Oak, MI.
- Ability to pass background checks.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Follow all care plans and company policies to ensure client safety and satisfaction.
