Requirements

• Valid PCA, HHA, or CNA certification in the State of Virginia
• CPR certification and negative TB screening
• Ability to pass a background check per Virginia regulations
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist clients safely

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Support mobility, transfers, and safety
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders and care documentation
• Transport clients to appointments or errands
