Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for certified Home Care Aides (PCA, HHA, CNA) in Gainesville and surrounding communities. Whether you’re looking for a few shifts or a full-time schedule, we offer flexibility and meaningful work.

Choose the schedule that works for you:
Weekday and weekend shifts
Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight availability
4-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts
Full-time and part-time opportunities

Requirements

• Active PCA, HHA, or CNA certification in Virginia
• CPR certification and current TB test
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and insurance
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist safely

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily activities
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Run errands and grocery shopping
• Offer companionship and engagement
• Medication reminders and documentation
• Provide safe transportation as needed
