Home Care Agency HR and Administrative Assistant This position works M-F in the agency office located in Clearwater ( not a remote position ). Job Description: Answer agency phones greeting all callers with a cheerful pleasant voice. Assist with scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers Follow up with candidates and new hires ensuring all required HR documents are received and complete Facilitate weekly new hire orientations at the Clearwater and Tampa offices Create and maintain compliant personnel files both on paper and electronically Provide administrative assistance as needed to the office staff
