About The Position

The HOA Account Servicing Analyst works independently and with minimal supervision, providing support to clients regarding New Accounts and general Account Servicing. Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in-depth knowledge of team objectives. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HOA Account Servicing role or relevant HOA or banking role.
  • Strong working knowledge of account documentation requirements.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for the team
  • Demonstrates ability to make approval decisions and ensure approvals comply with policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong Excel reporting skills preferred.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills Detail-orientated and problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to mitigate risk
  • High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in verifying Customer Information Profile/Customer Due Diligence.
  • Review all documentation for accuracy and quality.
  • Open Checking, Money Market, and Certificate of Deposit accounts.
  • Input new accounts in Bank’s core system and submit complete packages for callback review.
  • Perform Account Closures.
  • Communicate regularly with HOA Account Servicing specialists to ensure consistency and quality of processes.
  • Interact with business partners including Relationship Managers and Regional Account Executives, to resolve client issues.
  • Assist with internal and client escalations.
  • Perform various types of maintenance including but not limited to, Change of Address, Name Changes, account type changes, signature card updates, and all other Customer and account level changes.
  • Review Account Servicing activities performed by others for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business guidelines and bank policies.
  • Performs bulk request processing independently with limited supervision.
  • Signing Authority where appropriate.
  • Assists as an approver for HOA account closures and Signature Card updates, ensuring compliance and correct procedures, accuracy of documents, and proper system updates
  • Understand how assigned duties contribute to the work of the team/unit and how the units coordinate their efforts and resource to provide support as needed for various units
  • Follow all established policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
