About The Position

Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics (Emplify Health, West Union, IA) is seeking a full-time Patient Access Specialist to join our highly committed and dynamic Home Medical Equipment team at our Oelwein, Iowa location. As a Patient Access Specialist, you will play a direct role in providing LOVE + MEDICINE for a broad range of patients. You will be expected to perform in a fast-paced and professional environment, while helping deliver great customer service to those seeking Home Medical Equipment needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• 1-year experience in a fast-paced office setting requiring customer service responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
