HME Business Analyst
About The Position
This position is responsible for the maintenance of the price tables and fee schedules in the Brightree billing system for Deaconess HME. This position will be required to stay current with government and commercial payor rules and regulations and apply changes to the billing system as needed. This position will be responsible for building all new locations in the system and setting up all insurance contracts and payor rules to the new location. This position will audit insurance payments compared to contracts to verify accuracy. This position will review profitability of all product lines.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Health Information Management or related healthcare concentration area Preferred
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience experience conducting charge master set up and maintenance or an approved equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience knowledge of DMEPOS billing guidelines Preferred
