Under the direction of the High Level Disinfection Program Manager, the High Level Disinfection Coordinator will be responsible for management of specialized software that stores and organizes data. The High Level Disinfection Coordinator is responsible for tasks such as creating and processing compliance reports, equipment maintenance reports, maintenance of data, preparation of reports, analysis of clinical data, and for assisting with database related in-service programs related to high level disinfection. The High Level Disinfection Coordinator will also assist in assuring all areas of High Level Disinfection operations are performing best practices and are compliant with all standards and regulatory requirements across VCU Health System by performing database and log audits reporting results to the High Level Disinfection Program Manager who, in partnership with Infection Control, will analyze audit results and makes changes to program in accordance to evidenced based guidelines and manufacturer's instructions.
