We are seeking a Health Information Technology Specialist to join our team! Rocking Horse Community Health Center (RHCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides healthcare services to some of the area’s most vulnerable populations. The organization is looking for a full-time individual to join the Health Information Technology (HIT) Team. The HIT Specialist plays a key role in the maintenance and enhancement of our EHR system and complementary software programs, providing technical expertise and ongoing training and support for staff using the EHR . Develop training materials and the training plans for new process/functionalities of the EHR & complimentary software programs. Performs training in groups and with individuals, e.g. new hires. This position also functions as a help desk and handles field support questions from providers and staff as needed responding with additional training or resolutions.
