The Summer intern selected for this role will assist Philadelphia Historical Commission staff with drafting articles, social media posts, and other documentation related to the protection of the city’s historic resources. The position requires strong research, writing, and editorial skills. Applicants should have experience doing research using paper and online resources. The ability for self-direction and completing assignments on schedule is important for this role. The intern will have the opportunity to learn firsthand about the Historical Commission’s role in protecting the city’s historic resources and will be included in the public meeting process.
