Person in this position will be responsible for providing clerical and information management duties required for substance abuse treatment documentation, file management, and data collection as stated in 77 Illinois Administrative Code and required by the Department of Human Services Division of Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR). Essential job functions include those listed below. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for administering and inputting required data into the SUPR Departments Automated and Reporting and Tracking System (DARTS). Responsible for data collection and generation of program evaluations for both internal and state-level reports. Perform routine data entry of clinical information such as client participation and demographic. Coordinate with office manager on routine data entry of administrative information, which may include general staff records and training. Assist in data collection for monthly and annual reports, case studies, and work plans. File for administrative and clinical staff.
