About The Position

We are seeking Histology Technician to join IQVIA’s laboratory business at Valencia, CA. Shift: Monday - Friday with flexibility on start time between 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM We hire passionate innovators who drive healthcare forward through thoughtful and inclusive collaboration. Perform routine tissue processing, including paraffin embedding, sectioning, and staining, to support accurate and timely pathological analysis.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in a histopathology lab or related discipline
• ASCP qualification or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience in a clinical, research, academic, or production lab
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Prepare slides for microscopic evaluation by pathologists in accordance with established procedures
• Perform staining techniques to support pathological assessments
• Operate and maintain histology laboratory equipment
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory standards
• Assist with process improvements, SOP updates, and troubleshooting
• Maintain inventory and support lab organization in alignment with 6S standards
• Document activities in accordance with good documentation practices and regulatory guidelines
• Support study setup coordination and cross-functional projects as needed
