As a Senior Healthcare Performance Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading the delivery of data analysis and reporting for assigned Solvetum Performance Data Monitoring clients. Analyzing and recommending solutions for client documentation improvement processes, data inconsistency trends and key performance indicators. Coaching clients on the use of Solventum web-based reporting tools Delivering performance advisory services in a timely and professional manner, based on contractual and service line agreements for assigned clients and with minimal supervision from senior team. Collaborating with other Solventers in Health Information Systems to improve web-based tools Managing key client relationships. Presenting analytical results in an organized and meaningful approach to client members in a variety of roles from department level staff to senior leadership Identifying process improvement opportunities within the team. Applying documentation and coding rules/regulations for DRG and APR DRG assignment when reviewing and analyzing data Identifying opportunities and collaborating with sales and consulting services to drive new sales and expand the scope of current client agreements. Supporting the onboarding of new clients and participating in special projects or other duties assigned by manager Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solvetum's values and ethical standards
