The Records Technician is responsible for monitoring various queues related to prepping, scanning and indexing. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: monitoring the system, troubleshooting issues, customer support to ensure ongoing satisfaction to all users, supporting workflow, and managing document capture process. This position also participates in user training and understands the integration of the systems that affect department operations. NOTE: this is in a call center environment

Requirements

Post High School Special Training/Some College
High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver’s License
This position requires reasoning, mathematical, and language skills at the high school level plus some college / technical training.
Must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks, travel between campuses may be required.
Must be able to read, speak, and write English
