The Hiring Specialist ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, participates in job fairs and hiring events, and contributes to the continuous improvement of the hiring process. Key tasks include assisting applicants with paperwork, conducting background checks, compiling candidate packages, and managing various HR-related requests.
