Graham Packaging is holding a hiring event on Tuesday, January 20th from 9am-3pm in Mason, OH! We are interviewing for multiple roles including Machine Operators, and Maintenance Technicians. Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Required to interact with managers, employees, vendors, and customers. Therefore, the following skills and proficiencies are also essential requirements:
  • Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
  • Computer usage and typing skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  • Communicates effectively: conveys facts and information clearly both verbally and orally.
  • Collaborates well with others: proactively contributes to group objectives; volunteers to help others.

Responsibilities

  • Qualified candidates are required to have experience in machine operation and/or industrial maintenance.
  • Machine Operator I (1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 3rd Shift, 12hr - Night Shift) rotating 2/2/3 schedule - Starting at $20.35/hr.
  • Machine Operator II (1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 12hr - Night Shift) rotating 2/2/3 schedule - Starting at $23.85/hr.
  • Maintenance Technician II (1st Shift, - 6:45 a.m. - 3 p.m.) rotating 2/2/3 schedule - Starting at $31.50/hr.
  • Maintenance Technician II (12hr - Night Shift) rotating 2/2/3 schedule - Starting at $31.50/hr.
