About The Position

Client: Refinery Location: El Paso, TX Duration: Now- June 2026 could be extended for 1 year Schedule: 4/10s (5/10s if needed) leading up to the event and 7/11s or 7/12s during the event Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401K Supporting: Turnaround

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all Hiring/Staffing Plans are finalized and distributed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure that all Rental Equipment Plans are finalized and distributed to the appropriate personnel.
  • Keep the baseline counts set in the Hiring Plan; use a separate tab to track updates.
  • Coordinate the daily Force Report effort; ensure reporting is accurate and complete.
  • Provide immediate follow-up and feedback on daily headcount discrepancies.
  • Produce the Manpower Curve from the Hiring Plan and include it with the daily Leadership Staff Report.
  • Review and incorporate daily changes to the plans, as well as the overtime (OT) approval process.
  • Review rental equipment forms for rental equipment not included in the plan for approval.
  • Update the Hiring Plans at Forecast to reflect the remaining actual hours/counts.
  • Ensure that all changes and updates are properly communicated to the TAR Team.
  • Maintain the breakdown of personnel and rental equipment for entire plans.
