Represents the company to customers and prospects, solicits contracts for merchant services and products to support merchant services. Meets face-to-face with prospects, installs processing equipment, and handles customer questions or complaints in person and over the phone to promptly and accurately communicate our products and services to business owners in an effort to maximize new business sales potential. Calls or receives calls from prospective customers, explaining type of service or product offered. Quotes rates, fees and prices to persuade prospective customers to move their business to EMG. This can include on-site meetings to review current statements and sell services. Completes applications with customers for services with EMG to include rates and processing fees identified with the customer. Once approvals are complete, SR will assist with installs, program downloads and set up of equipment for the merchant. Provides on-going support for merchants. Must maintain monthly quota and sales criteria as defined by management.
