About The Position

Always Best Care Senior Services – Greater West Houston is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to support a client in Fulshear, TX (77441) . This position is ideal for caregivers who can provide excellent care while speaking Hindi or Urdu to ensure culturally aligned communication and support. Location Greater West Houston Current Need: Fulshear, TX 77441 Potential Shift Schedule Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Part-time – subject to confirmation) Type of Care To be confirmed.

Requirements

• Ability to speak Hindi and/or Urdu (required)
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• CNA certification is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass background and reference checks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
• Provide mobility assistance and support with transfers as needed
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if required
• Offer medication reminders
• Monitor client safety, comfort, and overall well-being
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care
• Observe and report any changes in physical or emotional condition
• Maintain accurate daily care documentation
• Follow all agency safety, infection control, and care protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
