About The Position
At Always Best Care Senior Services – Greater West Houston , we provide compassionate, high-quality in-home care for seniors and individuals who need support with daily living activities. We take pride in delivering care that promotes personal dignity, safety, and emotional well-being. As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to support an active client case in Fulshear, TX (77441) . These positions are for an active case and involve very light care, with a strong focus on companionship. Location Greater West Houston Current Need: Fulshear, TX 77441 Shift Schedule Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Part-time weekday shifts) Type of Care Very light care with a primary focus on companionship.
Requirements
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus)
- CNA certification is ideal but not required
- Ability to pass a background check and reference check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and engage the client in conversation and activities
- Ensure client safety and overall comfort
- Assist with very light daily tasks as needed
- Offer medication reminders if required
- Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
