About The Position

HIM Specialist - Hiring for early May! Full-Time | On-Site | Farmers Branch, TX This is a PRODUCER role. We're hiring an HIM Specialists who take ownership, move fast, and thrive in a performance-driven environment. Your mission is simple but high impact: retrieve critical medical documents from providers with speed, accuracy, and persistence. The work you do directly fuels downstream operations, revenue cycle workflows, and client outcomes. Compensation Base Pay: $25/hour + incentive What Document Retrieval Producers Do Here Own the document retrieval pipeline end-to-end-from initial outreach to successful receipt Actively pursue medical documents from provider offices, clinics, and hospitals Drive follow-up with urgency to eliminate delays and keep cases moving Communicate confidently and professionally with provider staff to secure required documents Meet-and exceed-monthly retrieval and productivity goals Track performance and pipeline using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Manage workload, priorities, and follow-up cadence to maximize completed retrievals This is not a passive, wait-for-responses role. Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel required)
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven workflow
Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines simultaneously

Nice To Haves

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Healthcare collections or provider follow-up

Responsibilities
