Requirements

  • Required associate degree with a preferred associate degree in computer science, Business Administration, Biology or other business, healthcare, or science field
  • Required 4 years' experience in EMR applications and 1 year customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Maintain departmental service levels with Itrak tickets.
  • Provide detailed description of problems and the resolution in the Help Desk ticketing system.
  • Maintain an annual predefined call closure rate on incidents entered the Help Desk ticketing system.
  • Maintain availability on the phones based on defined departmental objectives.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities.
  • Provides technical support for hardware and software problems via the phone, email and EMR in basket.
  • Ensures the Quality of the Transcription or EMR.
  • Ensure timely and accurate MyChart Accounts activations, handles all customer concerns via email and phone, and daily monitors MyChart accounts.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
