About The Position
The Hilton Milwaukee is seeking a dedicated Hilton Honors Lounge Attendant to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction. The hotel, a historic gem built in 1927 as the Schroeder Hotel, is completing a $40 million renovation, elevating guest rooms, event spaces, and the grand lobby. It is the city’s largest hotel, offering 554 guest rooms and over 34,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, and is connected to the newly expanded Baird Center. The Hilton Milwaukee, a division of The Marcus Corporation, is known for its commitment to innovation, exceptional service, and timeless style, maintaining its reputation as Milwaukee’s premier meeting and convention destination. Requirements
- Must be able to represent the company in a professional, well-groomed and courteous manner.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, stretch, and use a vacuum and push a cart on a regular and extended basis.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and the ability to work under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food and beverage, bartending, or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Open availability strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and replenish all food items and coffee station.
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by completing all requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Serve beverages to guests.
- Perform all other related duties and special projects as requested and/or assigned.
