Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc. Occasional overnight travel will be required Basic skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil design software Must reside in the state of Minnesota or Iowa Preferred Qualifications: Ability to report into the St. Paul, MN or Des Moines, IA office a couple of days per week Relevant municipal street design and construction administration experience Strong ability to work in a team environment Experience in highway design and construction of MNDOT projects Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of InRoads, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), Geopak, AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar software design packages Who We Are Better Places. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc. Occasional overnight travel will be required
  • Basic skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar civil design software
  • Must reside in the state of Minnesota or Iowa
  • The selected candidate must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
