This role offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career by leading RS&H’s successful and growing highway design team in Austin to deliver large-scale transportation design projects while helping expand RS&H’s presence in Texas. Over the past year, the RS&H team has achieved significant revenue growth serving clients such as the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). As the Highway Discipline Leader, you will lead and mentor our energetic highway design team, manage complex transportation design projects, manage client relationships, grow your team, deliver creative and innovative solutions to clients, and support the firm’s business development efforts. You will be given the reins to oversee all aspects of the successful delivery of projects, including contract management, managing production teams, quality assurances, and financial performance.
