Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Class A CDL license is preferred but not required for initial hire
Proven experience in highway construction or related field
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments
Commitment to safety and teamwork

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of Highway Construction Workers
Manage project timelines and resources effectively
Oversee the installation and maintenance of guardrails, cable barriers, concrete barrier walls, and road signs
Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and TXDOT regulations
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals
Travel within Texas (Monday through Friday)
