About The Position

HumanSignal is scaling rapidly, and we need an exceptional recruiter to help us build the teams that will define the future of AI infrastructure. As a High-Volume Recruiter, you'll be instrumental in attracting and hiring talent across our Data Creation Laboratories and platform operations—filling critical roles that enable us to manufacture the purpose-built datasets powering breakthrough AI applications. Our mission demands scale: we're building data laboratories, expanding platform capabilities, and growing teams across technical operations, engineering, and customer-facing functions. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume hiring pipelines while maintaining the quality bar that makes HumanSignal exceptional. This isn't just about filling seats—it's about finding people who are energized by our vision to harness human intelligence to power the future of AI.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with proven success in high-volume hiring environments
  • Track record of filling 15+ roles per month while maintaining strong quality of hire metrics
  • Experience recruiting for operations-heavy or services businesses (e.g., marketplaces, logistics, BPO, data operations)
  • Expertise in sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards—creative approaches to finding talent where others aren't looking
  • Strong ability to assess candidates for both technical capabilities and cultural fit in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without dropping balls
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics to optimize outcomes
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting quickly as business needs evolve

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for AI/ML companies or technical data operations roles
  • Familiarity with recruiting for international or distributed teams
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments where you've helped scale teams from 50 to 200+ employees
  • Experience with modern ATS platforms and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Multilingual capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles across operations, laboratory staff, quality control, customer success, and technical functions
  • Build and manage robust candidate pipelines that consistently deliver quality hires at scale
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and what excellence looks like for each position
  • Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and underrepresented talent pools
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects HumanSignal's values and culture, even at high volume
  • Track and optimize key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, operations leadership, and executive stakeholders on workforce planning and hiring strategy
