High-Volume Production Line Technician Ready to own the night shift? What a great night looks like Arrive Sunday–Thursday for third shift (11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) and gear up for production. Rotate across assembly, testing, material handling, welding, press room, and paint line stations. Follow detailed, written instructions to achieve consistent, high-quality results. Spot issues fast—perform quality checks, correct defects, and accurately count and label small parts. Keep safety first: follow all policies and maintain a clean, organized work area. What you’ll need to succeed Endurance for physical, repetitive tasks and long periods of standing. Excellent hand–eye coordination and attention to detail. Comfort with basic math and computers. Ability to read and follow detailed instructions. Familiarity with part numbering, sizing, and quality checks. Forklift and crane credentials are a plus. Basic English proficiency is required to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English. Compensation & rewards Starting at $20.00/hour plus $1.50/hour night shift differential (typical range: $20.00–$21.50/hour). Time-and-a-half after 40 hours/week; double-time after 48 hours/week. Quarterly profit sharing with no cap.
