Requirements

• 1+ year of phone-based sales experience (required)
• Strong closing ability in a high-volume call environment
• Confident communicator with solid objection-handling skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
• Coachable with a willingness to improve and adapt
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
