This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and serving as a professional point of contact for staff, students, families, and community members. Requirements

  • Bilingual - Spanish Speaking Required
  • Demonstrated strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in administrative, clerical, or bookkeeping roles.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for families, staff, visitors, and community members.
  • Provide daily administrative and office support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, deposits, purchase orders, and related documentation.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and preparation of basic financial reports.
  • Organize and maintain confidential records in accordance with district policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate effectively with administrators and business office personnel.
