About The Position

Sagemont Preparatory School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Science Teacher to join our collaborative team in supporting our high school students for the 2026-2027 School Year. As a Science Teacher, you will guide students in mastering skills through engaging and innovative lessons. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that fosters academic growth and personal responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years of teaching experience at the middle or high school level.
• Strong ability to present mathematical concepts with clarity and confidence.
• Commitment to building supportive relationships with students both in and beyond the classroom.
• Ability to pass both state and federal background check

• Plan and teach Science courses

• Regularly monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance.

• Foster strong relationships with parents, proactively engaging them in their child’s education.
