Requirements

• 5+ years teaching experience
• 3+ years in school leadership (principal or equivalent strongly preferred)
• Strong background in curriculum, instruction, and faculty development
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable outcomes
• Alignment with Trinity Academy’s mission and statement of faith
