About The Position

This position offers an educational opportunity to expose an Intern to many aspects of Froedtert Hospital's Human Resources Department. This individual will be responsible for assisting the Benefits Manager, Compensation Manager, Director Staff Relations or designee in various processes/projects such as conducting research, entering data into systems, analyzing data integrity, process improvements, filing and providing quality customer service. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Enrollment in High School required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to interact with visitors and hospital staff as necessary are required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the use of computer programs including Word, spreadsheets, HR information systems, e-mail the internet is preferred.
Students from high school programs that Froedtert Health has established partnerships with (such as Carmen, Cristo Rey, NAF schools) highly preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is preferred.
