The High School Graduation Coach will ensure that 100% of our high school students are on-track to graduate in four years from an IDEA Cincinnati Campus. This role will be a teacher of record who teaches the fundamentals of literacy, arithmetic, and financial literacy. This role will also provide support and oversight to workstreams related High Graduation Requirements, the district’s Portrait of a Graduate, Credit Recovery, and high school assessments to include but not be limited to Pre-ACT/ACT, SAT, and Advanced Placement (AP) Exams. By contributing to the district’s approach to academic support, character development, and overall high school readiness, the High School Graduation Coach safeguards support for our high school students who need additional remediation or targeted intervention. This role reports to the High School Principal at each IDEA Cincinnati Campus. At IDEA Public Schools, we believe each and every child can go to college.
