High School Counselor The High School Counselor is responsible for offering counseling and guidance with the educational, personal, and social growth of all students. Through direct observation, group settings, one-on-one sessions, and work with teachers and parents to ensure the school curriculum and environment accommodates all students. This position maintains positive interpersonal relationships with students, parents, peers, and community members and provides the best possible opportunities for student development and growth, both educationally and personally.
