About The Position

Elite Dance Academy is a dance studio in Broomfield, CO, and we are looking for an experienced High School Competitive Dance Teacher to join our competitive program team. We are seeking a professional dance educator who not only teaches strong technique, but also understands the value and experience of the high school dance team world — where programs may emphasize pom, jazz, hip hop, or performance-based styles depending on the school. This role supports dancers who are balancing studio training with school team opportunities and competitive goals. At Elite, we believe dance is about more than steps. We are looking for a teacher who can teach dance skills, support talent, and build human development in the lives of our students — while engaging them in a positive, motivating, and high-energy environment with a strong focus on ENTERTAINING AND ENGAGING CLASSROOMS . This position works closely with program leadership and requires strong communication, preparation, follow-through, and respect for established systems. We value teachers who are organized, dependable, and committed to doing their work at a high level while contributing positively to our team culture.
