About The Position

Trinity Christian School is seeking a passionate and dedicated High School Chemistry Teacher to join their faculty. This full-time position is responsible for delivering engaging and rigorous instruction in Chemistry while integrating a Biblical worldview into all aspects of teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore God’s creation through scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and academic excellence. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Science Education, or a related field
  • Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong understanding of Chemistry content and laboratory instruction
  • Commitment to integrating faith and learning from a Biblical perspective
  • Excellent communication, organization and classroom management skills
  • A personal and active Christian faith consistent with the mission of the school

Responsibilities

  • Teach high school Chemistry courses in alignment with school curriculum and academic standards
  • Integrate a Biblical worldview into science instruction, helping students see the connection between faith and learning
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, labs, and assessments that promote critical thinking and scientific inquiry
  • Foster a classroom environment that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to students and parents
  • Maintain accurate records of grades, attendance, and student performance
  • Collaborate with faculty and administration to support student success and school initiatives
  • Participate in school events, faculty meetings, and professional development opportunities
  • Support the mission and values of Trinity Christian School in all interactions
