Your Role as a High School Assistant Football Coach As a Seasonal High School Assistant Football Coach at Colorado Springs Christian Schools, you will engage daily in mentorship and skill development for student-athletes. Your primary responsibilities include assisting with practice planning, supporting the head coach in implementing game strategies, and conducting drills focused on individual and team improvement. You can expect to work closely with players during scheduled practices, typically held after school hours, three to five days a week. From August to November 2026, your schedule will include attending practices, games, and team meetings. Practices generally run from late afternoon to early evening, while game days may require additional hours. You will foster a positive atmosphere that emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a spirit of competition, ensuring each player grows both on and off the field.
