Definitely not your regular windex and newspaper from the ground type of work - it's water-fed poles, high-rise, and commercial buildings, and OSHA-compliant fall protection training and experience. Nice To Haves

Related construction experience is a plus. Please notify us if you have experience in minor deck repairs, board replacements, and/or deck staining

Responsibilities

Showing up is crucial for our team - we rely on one another.
Ability to be cleared to be added to our insurance (i.e. at least 2 years' experience as a licensed driver, a good driving record).
Must be able to lift and pull 75 lb. loads (two 5-gallon buckets of stain, pull 100' of hose, etc.).
Must be able to meet size/ weight minimums and maximums for fall protection, ladders, and harnesses. (With some exceptions, those weighing between 150 lbs. and 270 lbs. will generally be able to properly use our equipment. Feel free to ask for more details if you are closer to the lower or higher ends and we will do our best to work with you.)
Must be able to read, understand, and follow safety instructions at all times, including OSHA and MSDS information.
Must be able to walk, stand, squat, climb, and execute safety protocols.
