As a High Net Worth Account Manager at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will be part of a hybrid position that requires in-person client meetings two days a week. You will be responsible for informing, educating, and making recommendations to clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters. Your role will involve developing new business from existing accounts and assigned leads, determining acceptability and placement of coverage, resolving billing issues, and overseeing the preparation and implementation of all transactions for assigned accounts. You will also support clients with inquiries regarding coverages, products, and services, and document and respond to client communications.
