Are you the top salesperson in your current company but tired of the 2-hour commute to the city? At Otterly Baths, we are bringing high-end home improvement opportunities directly to the Lima market. We don’t believe in cold calling or "door knocking." We provide our closers with warm, pre-set appointments with local homeowners who have already requested a consultation. We need one elite professional who knows how to walk into a home, build trust, and close the deal on the spot. What’s In It For You? Local, Qualified Leads: We fill your calendar with 10–15 qualified leads per week. Your territory is right here in NW Ohio—no more wasting your day on I-75. First-Call Close Model: Our system is designed for high-velocity sales. Most consultants spend 90 minutes in a home and walk out with a signed contract. Uncapped Payouts: Our top performers earn $25,000+ per month. We don't cap your potential; if you close it, you get paid for it. Premium Product: We sell the best-in-class bathroom solutions. - NW Ohio Work Ethic: You aren't afraid of a Saturday or evening appointment because you know that’s when the best money is made.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a reliable, professional vehicle are a must.
