• The Closer Mentality: You have a proven track record of "One-Call Closes." You don't leave the house without a "Yes" or a clear "No."
• Professional Grit: You show up early, you stay late when the money is on the table, and you treat every lead like it’s a million-dollar deal.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license and a reliable, professional vehicle are required.
