Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of high‑energy pumps and pumping applications; demonstrated sales acumen
  • Hands‑on proficiency with OEM pumps and multi-brand equipment
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Analytical problem‑solving and sound judgment
  • Team‑oriented, patient, and customer‑centric under all conditions
  • Unwavering commitment to represent Hydro’s interests on site
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • 5+ years field or shop experience with high‑energy pumps and related equipment (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Cross‑OEM experience (strong plus)
  • Aftermarket sales and/or field service background (plus)
