Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production environment is beneficial, but not required

Responsibilities

Selecting or modifying components according to measurements and specifications
Must be able to operate a hi-lo and have knowledge of using clamp to move product
Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require
Use air and battery powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
Must be flexible in work assignments, as different seating models require different assembly operations
Constantly lift and/or move up 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
Good understanding of quality control principles
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units
