About The Position

This position supports daily badging and credentialing operations in accordance with Federal regulations, OSSI security policies, and applicable Federal law.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum one (1) year of data entry experience
Minimum one (1) year of badging experience
Strong keyboarding skills
Strong alpha and numeric data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong customer service skills
Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Performs day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and other authorized personnel are processed in accordance with established Federal regulations and OSSI security policies
Ensures identification badges are issued in compliance with Federal law and agency requirements
Maintains accurate data entry and records management within established systems
Provides professional customer service support to employees, contractors, and affiliates throughout the badging process
Applies AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve outcomes
Understands the strengths and limitations of AI systems and exercises sound judgment in their use
Continuously explores new AI capabilities and integrates them into day-to-day work where appropriate
Uses AI in alignment with company and customer-specific policies, data privacy standards, and ethical guidelines
Exercises discretion when using AI with sensitive or proprietary information
Demonstrates awareness of bias, accuracy, and risk considerations when leveraging AI tools
