About The Position

This position supports daily badging and credentialing operations in accordance with Federal regulations, OSSI security policies, and applicable Federal law.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum one (1) year of data entry experience
• Minimum one (1) year of badging experience
• Strong keyboarding skills
• Strong alpha and numeric data entry skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day badging and credentialing operations to ensure employees, contractors, affiliates, and other authorized personnel are processed in accordance with established Federal regulations and OSSI security policies
• Ensures identification badges are issued in compliance with Federal law and agency requirements
• Maintains accurate data entry and records management within established systems
• Provides professional customer service support to employees, contractors, and affiliates throughout the badging process
