The individual in this position will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Madera County. They will accept referrals through the Coordinated Entry System (CES) and be responsible for conducting screenings, identifying housing solutions, coordinating transportation, and providing temporary financial assistance and service linkages to support rapid housing stabilization. This includes arranging, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering services that meet clients’ housing needs and connect them to community resources to achieve long-term housing stability.
