About The Position

TheKey is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America. The company is urgently hiring HHAs and PCAs for Nassau and Suffolk County, NY, offering a $250 Sign-On Bonus and top pay rates of $19.65 per hour, with weekend shifts at $21/hr. Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Valid NY Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
Valid driver’s license, with access to a reliable transporation
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
Comply with state background screening requirements
Eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety (Cognitive & Behavioral Support)
Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience (Personal Care)
Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing (Home Safety & Housekeeping)
Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping (Transportation)
Offering conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs (Companionship)
