About The Position

TheKey is urgently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA's) and Personal Care Aides (PCA's) in Suffolk County, NY. The company is the largest provider of private pay in-home care for aging seniors in North America. Caregivers will earn top pay rates of $19.65 per hour, with a weekend rate of $21 per hour, and a $250 Sign-On Bonus. Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts. Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
At least 18 years of age
Valid NY Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification
Valid driver’s license, with access to a reliable transporation
TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
Comply with state background screening requirements
Eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

Cognitive & Behavioral Support: Providing gentle reminders, redirection, and structure to reduce confusion and anxiety
Personal Care: Assisting with dressing, grooming, hygiene, and meals with respect and patience
Home Safety & Housekeeping: Helping maintain a calm, familiar, and organized environment with basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping
Companionship: Offering conversation, music, memory games, or sensory activities tailored to cognitive needs
