Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor clients' health conditions.
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks.
• Document clients' progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Follow care plans and maintain communication with family members and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in training and continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
